Welcome to Mindshift Integrative Coaching & Consult
You’ve tried pushing through.
You’ve tried mindset hacks, self-help tips, even endless overthinking.
But some patterns—the fear, the self-doubt, the survival wiring—don’t shift on their own, because they’re buried deep in the subconscious mind where we’re not even aware they’re running the show.Whether you’re navigating burnout and misalignment as a high-achieving woman, living with the hidden weight of imposter syndrome, or facing the uncertainty of a second chance after a heart attack or major life event, you don’t have to figure it out alone.
At Mindshift Integrative Coaching and Consult, we use a trauma-informed, neuroscience-based approach that works with the subconscious mind—the part of you silently shaping your thoughts, emotions, and choices.
How do I know this works?
I’ve lived both sides of this journey—the quiet misalignment of success as a high achiever and the life-altering wake-up call of surviving a widowmaker heart attack. I know what it feels like to ask, “Who am I now?”And you don’t have to jump into everything at once.
We guide you step by step, starting with the easiest way to begin.Because lasting relief doesn’t have to take years.
When you work at the root, change comes faster—and it lasts.
Why Mindshift integrative Coaching and consult?
You’re Carrying More Than Anyone Can See. You Don’t Have to Carry It Alone.
Maybe you survived what should have ended your story—and now you’re left with fear and endless “what ifs.”
Maybe you’re quietly doubting yourself, even when everyone else thinks you’re confident.
Or maybe you’ve built a life that looks successful but feels… empty.
Whatever brought you here, you’re not broken.
You’re living with patterns your brain created to keep you safe.
Why You Still Feel This Way
95% of your thoughts, emotions, and reactions are driven by your subconscious mind—wired for survival, not fulfillment.
So even when you want to move forward, your nervous system stays stuck in old loops of fear, shame, and self-doubt.
That’s why mindset tricks or “just pushing through” haven’t created the lasting relief you crave.
But it can feel lighter.
You can quiet the fear.
You can trust yourself again.
Where We Start
We take a trauma-informed, neuroscience-based approach that works with your mind and body—not against it.
Trauma-informed means nothing is rushed or forced. We move at a pace that feels safe and sustainable, even if you’ve been through big life events.
Neuroscience-based means we align with how your brain is actually wired. Instead of trying to “think differently,” we shift the subconscious patterns quietly shaping your life—so change feels natural and lasting.
The result? Relief you can actually feel—without years of overthinking or processing.

Step 4: Personalized Coaching (Optional)
When you’re ready for more personalized support and faster results, private coaching helps you shift the specific patterns keeping you stuck.
This isn’t about forcing yourself to change.
It’s about finally feeling safe enough to move forward—at your own pace.
Why This Is Personal
I know what it’s like to have life crack you wide open.
I’ve been the high achiever burned out from success that didn’t feel fulfilling—and I’ve been the widowmaker heart attack survivor asking, “Who am I now?”
My search for real answers led me to neuroscience, the subconscious mind, and trauma-informed coaching—because I didn’t want quick fixes. I wanted change that actually lasts.
Now I help others do the same, guiding high-achieving women through burnout and imposter syndrome, and heart attack survivors through the fear and uncertainty of a second chance.
